Where are you based?

While we serve clients worldwide, our heart is in Somali-populated cities. All seminars and consulting are delivered physically and online for your convenience.

Seminars & Workshops

How do I register for a seminar?

Visit our Seminars page, pick yours, and complete the payment. You’ll receive your ticket via email with QR code for easy access.

What’s included in a seminar?

Live training, Q&A sessions, actionable handouts, and a digital certificate upon completion.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes! Cancel 5+ days before the seminar for a 70% refund. Within 5 days? We refund 50%. No-shows forfeit fees.

Consulting Services

How does consulting work?

1. Share your goals via a discovery call, email or web form.

2. We draft a plan and issue a quotation.

3. Work begins once the PO is approved.

4. Invoices are sent after the service is done and due in 2 days.

Can I reschedule a consulting session?

Absolutely! Notify us 48 hours in advance. Reselling sessions is strictly prohibited.

Payments & Technical Issues

What payment methods do you accept?

Local: Waafi Pay (EVC, Sahal, Zaad), eDahab, Premier Wallet. International: Stripe (Credit and Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

What if I face issues during registration?

Email grow@waadi.org with a screenshot. We’ll fix it within 24 to 72 hours!

Certificates & Resources

Do I get a certificate after a seminar?

Yes! A digital certificate is emailed post-event. Want a printed copy? Upgrade for a small fee.

How do I access workshop materials?

Materials are shared via email or our secure portal. Lost access? Contact us for help.

Legal & Support

How are disputes resolved?

We aim for friendly resolutions first. If needed, Sharia principles, Somali Law, or your local jurisdiction applies.

Can I use your strategies for my clients?

Strategies you create during workshops are yours to use! But our training content remains Waadi’s intellectual property.
