– Global Reach, Local Focus:

Our services are open to individuals and businesses worldwide, with a focus on Somali communities across the globe.

– Age Recommendation:

While there’s no strict age restriction, we advise participants under 15 years old to consult a guardian before enrolling.

– Payment: Full fee required at registration via Hormuud, eDahab, Stripe, or PayPal.

– Refunds:

– Cancel 5+ days before the event: 70% refund.

– Cancel within 5 days: 50% refund.

– No-shows: No refund.

– Payment Terms:

– A Purchase Order (PO) must be approved before work begins.

– Invoices are issued after the service is granted and due within 2 days (via agreed payment methods).

Do:

– Use materials and strategies ethically and for your own growth.

– Respect fellow participants and trainers.

Don’t:

– Resell, redistribute, or exploit our consulting sessions or seminar content (softcopies are for attendees only).

– Share workshop recordings, slides, or handouts publicly without written permission.

– Our Content:

Training materials, frameworks, and resources are owned by Waadi Skills & Consulting or our trainers.

– Your Content:

Work created by you during workshops (e.g., business plans, strategies) is yours to retain and use.

– Step 2: If unresolved, disputes will be settled under Somali Law, Sharia principles, or the local jurisdiction of the client’s residence.

– Arbitration: Agree to waive litigation and opt for arbitration first.
